Buhari Arrives Ethiopia, Meets other AU leaders

Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived in Ethiopia to attend the 35th African Union Summit.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the news of the president’s arrival was reported in Addis Ababa through photos, which have been widely circulated on social media.

The Ethiopian Minister of Education, Prof. Berhanu Nega, welcomed President Buhari and his delegation, including the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Nigeria, Mr. Geoffrey Onyeama and Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Hajiya Sadiya Umar Farouq.

Among the issues expected to be discussed at the summit are the security situation in the continent, the high level of coups in some parts of the continent and so on.
